Yep. Few do anymore. I design and install computer networks for banks that are too small to have their own IT department. Savings and loan, family operations. Of the 120 plus clients I have in 19 states, none will do a boat loan. Larger regional or even national banks wont loan on anything older than a few years. Which doesn't make a ton of sense to me. Once newer boats take a large depreciation hit they level off for a long time.
