Tripple IO questions
If you have a boat with tripple IO's and you want a fast cruise but not a rocket can you raise the center drive and run on the two outboard engines/drives? Conversely if you are in a slow running zone can you raise the outboard drives and run on the center? Just wondering.

not all boats have tie bars on the outside...
If it doesn't have tie bars it's possible, but will run like crap. As far as slow speed, yeah, no problem, but you don't have to lift the drives, there isn't much drag going slow anyway. I kill one of my engines at times during long idle zones just to quiet things down
