Awesome. Just awesome. I would write a nice letter to both the police department, about the officer, It will go in their file, and looks really good for the officer and the department. A nice letter will also let them know that you didn't forget what they did once the smoke clears. One can only hope that you get that kind of assistance while out on the road, especially at that time of night!!
