I dont know squat about sidewinder boats, and if thats a really trick rig, or a complete POS, but I have to say that is one cool little boat.

I love the metalflake...

Never seen a 16 I/O. There were a few 18 Super I/o's and lots of jets and outboards but a 16 Super as an I/o must be custom.

As with Four Winn's Liberator, the Pachanga was an anomaly for Sea Ray. They were relatively expensive at the time, and probably very low sellers. Both due to cost, and performance boaters probably went with performance brands. Both Sea Ray and FW at one time figured they needed a more performance-minded boat, they decided they weren't worth it for them.

I think in recent years they came out with a new Pachanga, at least for awhile. I read a test on it. Expensive, not that fast.

I believe it is a 74 model, originally had a 4cyl, then a 4.3 v6 and now the 400.

I hear you, Steve. One reason why it isn't super fast is it is a 22' boat that weighs over 5100 pounds! It's probably sturdy, though.

Michael1, the 27 Pachanga weighs 5100, dry.
Specs for the 22= length overall 22'2
centerline, 20"6
beam,96"
draft, 32"
Dry weight, 2900 lbs
fuel, 63 gal.
Friend had one with a Merc 383 reman, it was a solid 65mph boat.

The 27 is an awesome boat with twin power, wide beam with a nice cabin.

I spent a few hours on the 201 (21) liberator and in its day was a nice little rig.

Saw a few pachangas at Catalina and always though that was a cool little as well.

I am getting my info from the Sea Ray site, "Past Models" shown here:

Pachanga 22

Then I clicked on specs. Perhaps they changed over the years. This is for a 2010 with an overall length of 24', and dry weight of 5182.
