No I didn't see a 30 daytona on the lake, but my friends uncle or uncle in law or something like that just bought a brand new one with t/496's and 1/4 canopys. He showed me pic's the night the wings won. It shopuld be here by now.
I got woke up today by the sweet sound of big blocks!! To be exact it was my neighbor getting ready to leave and his friend in the yellow sunsation doing fly by's at 7am... I love it!! I want that as an alarm clock every day. I told him to look out for you chuck!! Have fun, I'll be working, and youre right, I'd rather be there!!

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, there's another run on july 17th I think that's the date anyway, but I'm going on that one on Jasons VISCIOUS cat, Me doug Jason, and I Jason said Sparky's going too.
I did see a 27 cougar with twin 2.5's that looked brand new coming out of the clinton river on sunday.
I know a few of the poker run guys are going to the tin Fish tonight for tiki night, just a lil reminder, but the weather might not co-operate!!!

Rob,
That is the boat we were testing. Your uncle and whatever got a great deal on that boat. He seemed a little dissapointed with it. He thought it would be faster. It needs bigger props, its got 28's on it now and it was spinning 5300rpm's , I thought it would have been hitting the limiters.
I met your neihbors (don't remember there names) with the Sunsation, they spoke highly of you
The run was a sucess , we only got wet once(morning) and then it rained as we were having dinner.

That's my friend vinnie's, brother in law (Sal), anyway, Sal's brother or cousin, or something. I met him at Jonny G's. I thought the 496's had rev limiters at alot lower than 5300. , but if it can spin those that high, try out some 30's
