The last picture in this post shows the transom that appears to be stripped down to the exterior glass (if I'm seeing things correct). I'm not trying to get ahead of your story, but how is the transom rebuilt and with what materials? Do you laminate the new structure with glass and resin by clamping in place, and then cover that structure with glass and resin? Thanks for the pics & thread!

Yep, Nabbers does some intense glasswork! He's repaired tons of offshore boats in our area.

Nabbers does top notch work as stated above. They are seamless repairs made with a marine grade plywood. The transom and Bulkhead repairs are completed, entire boat blocked for a smooth finish!
