"Water Rage" suspects arrested! - Justice system works

So , OK , he didn't deserve it...But can you see how the media trys to pick what side your on...?...They list every injury , but fail to say what started it...like in my story posted above , the situation could have been worse...the swerving car could of ran over a dog...
...then he would have to be tortured for a thousand years..
...
anyway..If I had to guess...I would say that the suspects were probably parked in their boat and swimming...The victim comes by in his runabout buzzing around chatting to his yuppie buddy on the cell phone and accidentelly comes dangerously close to the suspects kids in the water....The guy flips at the thought of his kids getting prop chopped , And kicks ass...
either way...the guy should not have beat him....But if the guy is a hazardous boater then the story should be told...

I actually agree that the incidents that led to the beating would surely help. But it STILL doesn't justify what happened afterward. But why is it ALWAYS a big conspiracy to you?

I'd be curious to see what those two cats considered to be "bad boating". Somehow, I doubt their judgement is particularly good....
