The concept is a bit different than we are used to in CAN / USA. To officially enter the poker run you register and buy at least one poker hand at a cost of $250. You can buy as many hands as you like but must go to all 5 card stops for your cards. We bought 3. There were only about 85 registered boats yet there somewhere in the vicinity of 130 to 150 boats that took part. So there were somewhere between 45 and 65 "renegade" boats running along with the fleet but no one seems to worry about it. The event has huge community support throughout the Islands and it is about getting out and having a good time and raise what they can for their children's charity. Nick and Monica Willis at Leverick Bay Resort have done this for years out of the goodness of their heart. Very nice and Team PREDATOR thanks then for all the smiles they have brought to our faces and the local residents and children throughout the BVI and Caribbean.

That is Probably one of Steve Curtis's (Cougar) Ridgid Inflatables, Branson is pretty tight with them, Bransons right hand man was the GM at Cougar when they where in Miami.

Here is one way to take in the poker run ! Just follow the boats around on one of the local ferries.

Or you can run what you brung like "BALLIN" here. This poker run is just more fun than words can describe. It really is an unforgettable experience. One of the nice things about it is no one is in a hurry to get to the next card stop until you get under way. We as well as many others took the time to go for a swim and or drink before setting off for the next card. We got back to Leverick Bay less than 5 minutes before the 5 PM cut off to turn in our winning hand ! All because we were having such a good time along the way.
