Well 4 hrs of hard wrenching and the drivers side head is off. ( the easy one ) Turbo is on the passenger side. Couldn't get the eshaust manifolds off so I just dropped the exhaust and pulled the whole thing out. That wasn't the side that was leaking.

Foul I told you to get a 3/4 ton truck - then I could steal it for the weekend.

Thanks Troutly, we do appreciate all of you being out there protecting us! It's got to be hard doing that when you would rather be home with the family and the BBQ.

Tracy, cool pictures. Were those safe and sane fireworks?

Glad someone had a great time.
Tracy, you are sweetheart. Glad you two had a great time and a safe one too

Mine was great. Turned out like a lobster

Well it is not the head gaskets. Drivers side head back on all nice and neat. Pulled the passenger side head off expecting to see a badly burned head gasket missing a piece between the combustion chamber and the water jacket. NOT-- looks perfect. Found a small crack between the valves on the front cylinder but this can't be the source of all the leakage. Will pull the other head off tomarrow after further inspection of the cracked head for larger holes. ANYONE WANT TO GO BOATING SUNDAY-- JUST BRING YOUR 3/4 TON HEAVY DUTY TRUCK.

IF THIS CAN'T GET FIXED RIGHT AWAY WHERE CAN I RENT A BIG ENOUGH TRUCK???

Todd---

I'm jealous and I think you're making eveyone tare their hearts out---nice boat and a nice woman! Living well is the "Best Revenge" eh? The name of your boat is really fitting. I really enjoyed the pictures. It looks like you folks had a really nice and fun time---and man does Tracy ever look HOT!---WHOA!!! Where and how'd you end up snagging her anyway?

Tinkerboater, man-o-man dude, not exactly the way to spend a BEAUTIFUL 4th of July weekend is it? I think I sort of know how you feel to some extent.

Tinkerboat, sorry to hear that , I hope you get it fixed!

Todd and Trace, great to see you guys out haveing a good time. I've got to try and get together this summer.

Troutly, All I can say is thank you. You had me worried the other day when you posted that one pic. I thought you were turning into officer Ponchareli

On the 4th,We had about 75 people over for a little cookout. Played a little volleyball and swam alot. Yesterday a brother and sister were still here and we had plans to go to the beach and do some boating from there, but the waves were to big to drop anchor very well so we stay home and swam some more. Linda and I are heading out on the boat today.
