Not boating related but wanted to get a referral to an OSO member if possible. My wife and I are finishing the renovations to our apartment in NYC. Our first child is due July 30th and we need to get the place professionally cleaned post-reno work (probably need it done Monday or next week). Before I engage ServePro or a similar service, thought I'd see if someone on OSO is in that line of business and wanted to give us a quote.

I don't know what the scope of the renovations were, but make sure the premises are lead dust free if you're thinking of bringing in a new-born to the place.
