Welcome to the forum, I see we are in the same area, where are you planning on boating? We usually go to the river and we try to make a couple trips to Cumberland every year.
I would get a survey on the boat you decide on. The baja sounds like it has been out in the weather uncovered for something like that to happen. Of those 2 boats the formula sounds like a better boat.

I know a guy in Mizzou with a Green and White Pachanga 22 ..the Interior is all red and White though..but Brand New??! ;-) boat does 67 on gps and you can fill up for just over 2 bills?? Just Kidding.. I'm married to this bastard for the Long Haul!..LOL. 5 more days fellas..then I can go Break Something Expensive!! :-D

Definitely get surveyed as stated. Well worth the money. Also, find out if he had a mechanic or took care of himself. If he had a mechanic ask for his number and thoughts on boat. Good luck. My sister lives down in Edgewood, KY. Maybe we will look you up while we come down next time.
