T2x: it floats..
we put the boat on water ; tested up to 40-50 ?(speedo-pickup was not installed) mph but we had a steering problem and we had to stop testing.
rear is too heavy but boat goes ''on-plane''.
I reaily have serious problems with the boat builder(canopi-designer) thats why I left the boat to a warehouse for a while...

Steve 1 :I know ; current canopi builder fu*ked up the whole boat.I do not even want to see it anymore.....I am looking for an alternative solution like f16's to finish this xxxtra long time taking project.I have lost all my attention, joy and excite..
summer is finished here in Turkey, this boat had to finish months ago.
all expenses are prepaid.labor is known as low here in Turkey but qualified labor is more expensive than states as a result of having not so many qualified persons.
this stuff on top of my boat looking like a canopy cost me 7000usd.the guy had lots of class-1 boat pictures on his wall and he was working for a class-1 team.I tought he is a professional.I trusted but here is the result... we do not use judge's or lawyer for this kind of stuff in Turkey.other wise it takes 3-4 years to finish the case and probably costs more than I lost.
now I left my boat to a side cause my brain is tired of thinking about it.
I do not believe ,I can send this boats 'on the water' images soon.

Did you use the LAVIN Guidelines in constructing that canopy? Just a a plain old fiberglass bubble will cause you more harm than protection in the event of an accident. I wish you the best of luck and keep us posted.

Shane : rules supposed to be followed were:
uim-safety rules
508: cocpit/canopy safety
but there is nothing on the boat related to that topics.
