again :
3 simple rules :

1. Powerboat's are not toys.
2. Being able to buy one doesn't mean you are responsable enough to use it.
3. Being able to buy one doesn't mean you are able to handle it.

this driver doesn't apply to even 1 one...

1. Clear
2. All people standing up without vests
3. Throttle's? Reading the water

I don't understand alot of comments here.
When a guy crashes his Lambo, Porsche, ferrari or whatever fast car, he can't drive, never the cars fault, or ... oh a three jumped on the road.... The GPS didn't show that corner...

In this case people start to talk about hull design, water conditions bla bla blaaaaaaaa

It's a machine, read again maaaaaccchhhhhhiiiiinnnnnneeee.
You need to adept to the machine, the machine never adapts to you.
Al this talk about porpoise, hull design faults etc etc is ALL BS.
Learn or be able to DRIVE the machine or stay out of it.

and aply the rules you will be fine

In some courts yes. I am not the Judge, just the messenger of the verdict.
