Well, we made it through the first night with only a few incidents and Lucky getting a case of the runs. But, this morning is looking up and so far she's been a pleasure even at 4am when she used the carpet outside the elevators in my building as a crapper....that's what we have porters for!
I'll get some pictures this week. In the meatime, my mailbox is now cleaned out for whomever was trying to mail me.

Jeeez Miller,
Do chicks still fall for that in NYC's Central Park!!!
I thought you were still on the "I'll give you a back-rub" routine!!!
Sorry, couldn't resist....
Thanks again for the referral of your friend Jason.

Marcus, I've already got a date because some girl walked up to me at Petco to give me HER NUMBER! Lucky may live up to her name...though that is not the reason I'm doing this.
Fred, I thought about that, but she'll be allowing a blind person to live an independent life. How can I deny someone that by being selfish and keeping her? I'm sure you'd feel the same way in my shoes. Though, ask me again in 12 months when I have to give her up.

What a great looking dog, Fred. Unfortunately, Lucky is a bit sick right now so I'm getting ready to take her to the vet. I'm keeping her in her crate, as I was instructed to do, but she looks so sad, that I really want to go play with her.
