That's a good question about getting your boat out during mid winter season. Depending on how the space gets filled and if your boat and others are on trailers I see no reason why they can't be moved out and back in. I think that that type of thing needs to be carefully discussed and agreed on up front, like how many times they will come and go, that type of thing.
