This boat looks incredible with the new paint. Plus, I always appreciate all the pics Reggie posts on FB of all his builds in progress.
Complaining about this boat running in the 160s at LOTO is sorta like complaining that My Way only ran 224.
Reggie - Great job on this MTI, and keep up the solid work!

A good example of what I'm talking about is the jbs boat which tom borisch now owns. That boat has run 207 mph but only ran 182 mph in the shootout. That a 20 plus mph difference. My way stated he could run 240 mph & ran 224 mph that's a 16 mph difference. John tomilinson who made the 195 mph pass said that if the course was aliitle longer he would've be well over 200 mph. We ran 165 mph with 2 cracked skegs that were scrubbing speed. If it wasn't for that we would've been faster. The boat is on its way to me now to prep for key west. I will be doing some testing & will post pics & videos for everyone who doesn't believe.

you are correct, why risk getting killed when you know somethings wrong , its got alot left in it it was propped for a mile, change the props or gear and it has the power to run 200plus, just as in drag racing, 1/8th or 1/4 engines are the same but gear ratio and props change everything.
