I didn't take this one, but its one of my favorites. The colors are awesome in person. I would be happy to whenever I'm in town, do you work at there? I'd come in and say hello for sure! I just don't want too bug anyone, its always busy in there!

I always enjoy driving by there certain times of the year and seeing Risky Business, Predator, and the Blue 388 there. I also love the white/silver/black 388 too.

I help out/crew for Gary and have also worked for Chip & Jon. I do the detailing. I go to Loto with Gary and have helped him and Jon out in Tahoe. Jon's is the blue 388. They are all cool guys. Come in and say hi, we all just shoot the **** at Vern's and I get the boats all clean!

I definitely will.! I will probably be in Havi before DS, since I have family there. The temps are getting nice, so we are ready to get the boat back on the water!

Gary's cool, Predator's one of my favorite boats! I got a chance last year too see Predator and the Blue 388 parked together, awesome is an understatement !! Those are amazing machines in person!!! I've always loved the colors on Romers old 388, one of my favorites too !!

I'll make sure I "pm" you when I'm in Havi, would love to stop by the shop and say hello..!! Thanks!

Thanks Chad, I will, for sure!

Here's Romer's old 388, this sound never gets old, right?

Predators in the background in this video, maybe you were there?

A similar setup to the blue 388, right?

Text me the link, can't open it on here. Yes Romers and Jon Roths are the same engines. A little different on the rigging though.

How's your boat looking?

Chad, Louie's has 1100hp Eddie Youngs that Eddie said he is turning up to 1200hp after testing. So you are saying this 388 has 1700hp to 1900HP?

If so that is sick!

Are there any pics of that Skater anywhereor is it new?

Oh its just a short video at LOTO 2011 of Romers 388 idling at the docks at LOTO. It was the weekend he ran 191mph radar, 198 GPS, sweet boat, for sure!

I'll stop by the shop and say HI next time I'm in Havi !!

We have played with a few blower motors, the trick to getting a big surge at idle is to lean the idle circuits down. I f you fatten them up they will idle as smooth as any other motor, blower cams are usually are not that big.

Never had anyone ask me to dial out that blower surge
