There are some pretty good tips and hints on cleaning and maintaining your boat on the Baja site...I'm certain most of it is universal. http://www.bajamarine.com/protectionplus/detail.asp

OK folks, on a serious note, forget the wife, spray nine, etc. what I really use on my vinyl is called BLAST. It's actually a biodegradable floor cleaner. This stuff works wonders on just about anything. The only thing is...you have to know someone that can get it. My neighbor/best friend works at a dealership and this is what they use to clean the floors. He brings this stuff home to me a gallon at a time since they get it in 55 gallon drums. This stuff works wonders on vinyl, spray it on, wait 2 minutes and wipe it off. If you can get it, I reccomend it, just don't spray it on your on your fiberglass unless you plan on waxing it later, it definitely takes the wax off...

She can back down on many things, including the ramp! As far as good insurance, she got the friggin best insurance my money can buy! One of the best insurance policies available is what she's got.

I've been using Maquires cleaner/protectant lately. Seems to work okay. This pledge idea sounds interesting though. Does it leave a slippery surface like armor-all or formula 2000?...

Thanks to everyone for all the great ideas. Last night we used the Fantastik, followed by Pledge. It worked GREAT! Our boat had been at the shop for about two and-a-half months, sitting uncovered, so you can imagine the dirt! The interior is nice and bright again!

Does Pledge have any UV inhibitors in it. Hmm, how do I plant that in her head so she thinks its her idea...
