Default Annoying anchor!

Ok, what do you guys without an anchor box do as far as storage for anchor? I don't have a good spot except under back seat. Already had a friend rip speaker wires out once and it's always wet under there from the anchor line. Do they make a tuff anchor bag? Anyone keep it in the engine compartment? Help me out with some ideas!

I never understood why performance boat builders never make provisions for an anchor, every boat needs an anchor. I used a milk crate for years that I kept in the cabin. So nice to have an anchor locker now.

I keep a "rubbermade" storage containers in the cabin with tools, (2) anchors, etc.

Maybe install a vent so you box will dry out. Had the same issue with the race boat. Used a line last fall and this spring it was still damp in a box I use. Installed a vent and it dried out in no time.

It was installed be the factory but I believe it is Perko hardware. Try googling "anchor holder". I was just looking myself and found it pretty easily.
