It is called closed cell foam, I had it in my 39 NorTech V. It was great. I think I had 1 1/2 thickness.

Yes, its closed cell. Just find a gym distributor and buy a roll of pilates mat. I put 5/8 under mine and used automotive emblem adhesive to glue it to the bottom of my custom carpet. Flip it and razor blade the excess. Done. Been under mine for 2-3 years.

LOL - Coincidentally, I got in a Hustler at the Miami boat show and couldn't get it out of my head.

You will seriously get off your boat after a day on the water and feel 10 times better. Its a BIG difference.

How did you get it so perfect? Is that a pre-made kit?

They come out and scan your boat with a $15,000 surveying machine that makes a perfect CAD file of the boat and then cut the pads on a CNC router. I had it done by a company called Castaways Customs. Its not cheap but it comes out awesome.

My buddy has it in his OL. Call the foam factory. Closed cell 1.5" cost him right around a hundred bucks. Cuts it to fit and lays the snap in carpet over it. It is soooo nice on a long run or pokerrun.

Contact Foam and More, they are local to you.

They just made me some "MiniCell" wedges to use as footrests.
