I have e-mailed 5 times over a week and have never........never received anything back......not even a peep.
What kind of business is it?

enticer i would try some other way to reach them. maybe there is some routing problem, you know computers . i have not delt with them but have heard they are a good company. heck if im not mistaken the merc 500 EFI is one of there units, that should say somthing about there quaility good luck man. keep try'n

I heard these guys were real good, but I sent my mefi 2 to them 4 times for programming because they said they could tune it for my 250 B&M blowers (efi) They never got it right and it cost me 350.00 in overnight shipping plus the programiing, never again!!

i can't speak for these guys, but I can tell you from personal experience with e-mail tech questions that they can be a pain, and the people do not wait for a reply. I get about 100 to 150 e-mail tech questions per day, and try to answer them within 2 business days. I've gotten as many as 10 from the same person over a weekend complaining that he wasn't answered yet, only to have him call monday morning on the phone. I think most people are used to how quick, and easy they get answers from computer companies, and expect the same from everybody else. I know a lot of manufactures that will no longer answer tech questions via e-mail do to some of the confusions with it. I believe you're always better off speaking to some via phone, of try faxing them
