Anyone have a Condo in Destin Florida
thinking about getting one and was wondering if anyone owns a condo there or near. If so, do you rent it out and how has that been? Big headache?

Seascape
My parents have had a timeshare in Seascape since 1980. We like it, although they complain about the maintenance fees. They seem to keep the place up pretty well. Some of the newer units towards the front of the complex might be a little nicer.
When we first started going down there in 1980, there was almost nothing around. It has gotten pretty built up lately. We still love going there - not too bad of a drive, either.
