Two Dead at Lake Cumberland Poker Run
#21
Very sad... RIP and thoughts and prayers to the families.
I'm not convinced the cruiser was a factor. Just as the Skater hits the water from the flip, another cat passes between it and the cruiser without any problem. Either way the cruiser should not had been there.
Agree, video clearly shows they were cutting in to avoid a random cruiser parked in what looks to be the middle of the freaking channel. Lady on the films even yells "wtf is that boat doing out there". They ran up the roost of the boat in front of them, and over they went. Basically like the silver dcb at desert storm. The dcb was just lucky not to go all the way over like this skater. So sad that this happened because a cruiser wanted a front row seat.

A driver and a throttleman and two more dead boaters. Does anyone still doubt that poker runs have become unsanctioned races instead of the fun runs that they started out as? The madness WILL stop either through self regulation or government intervention. Very sad and very bad for our sport.
