Easy. Wager on time before new post. Call out a number of shots and refresh. Whoever calls number hits refresh and there is a post everyone else drinks that number. No post the person drinks their own number.

Actually it hasnt. If you havent noticed, when it gets ROUGH, they call the races off, probably to cater to the Fountains

Before they started putting steps on? When boats were acually built for rough water? Before racing turned into exhibitions? Cancelling races due to rough water is as stupid as pansy soccer players taking dives, big joke.
