Can't believe no one has mentioned the fact that cigarettes "ride" better because you get less air when your going 20 mph slower!!

Absolutely right. I will though. And it will be a fountain no questions asked!! If I weren't going to own a fountain it would be a formula. Oh I do have one of those. I like all sport boats. I'm just having fun and I can't get over cigs antiquated interiors. Even brand new in my eyes they look OLD!!

Funny this thread is going. Just happened to be out running with my buddy who has a 38 Cig on Wednesday. There was no cockslapping, no **** talking, just boating and havin a ball together. Granted its not Apache water, but we had fun.

i bet your 27 formula rides like a 35 fountain since they are just about the same size... better step up to a 42 for an upgrade

Never liked all the Cigarette logo's everywhere. The big one on the side is enough.
Like to see Fountains sit a few inches higher at the aft end.
Don't like gaudy paint on either.

I love the fact the OP is leaving a 33 Daytona cat -- and everyone is worried about rough water capabilities.... anything is going to be better than the Daytona!-- and nothing against it.
Do you even boat when it's rough? If you aren't interested in going out when it's bigger than 3's any boat you want will fit the bill depending on your level of creature comforts
