Ever hear the guy Yankee Jack that plays down in KW sing Manatee Woman? Here's a link. I bought his cd when down there about 8 years ago. Funny stuff.

Just FYI....the World Championships in Ocean City this year, solid 5-7 on the back stretch..proper offshore racing. Class 3, 95MPH bracket. A 38 fountain raceboat led the whole race, green to checkered. With 525s....oh btw... a 41 Apache is in that class. Granted, the Apache didnt finish. But still.
Im good friends with both teams, all very nice and very talented people. The driver in the Apache said simply, "All the ground we made up in the turns, we lost on the straights. That Fountain was faster"
In the pleasure boat world, if its too rough for the fountain to be fun, its too rough for the Cig too. Just how it is.
Id be THRILLED to own either!
Good luck with your purchase

A "gentleman's" offshore powerboat??? Dude, you don't want to get your Sperry Topsiders all scuffed up and muddy in this argument.
Mild Thunder used to be a "gentlemanly" powerboater when I met him. His matching sweatsuits were suede back then.
