As far as filling the bow with water... They added ballast tanks to the stern... Kentucky Engineering at its finest.

Jesus.. Maybe I need to be thinking hottub enabled CV-27 rather than "big stable cheap cat".. lmfao.. Skanks-r-us is going to be the name anyway... Hell of a deal..
