Stolen Boats
I found this page listing stolen boats from around the country with rewards offered. There is even a 42' Fountain with triple 600s that was stolen right here in Tulsa.
Check it out, you may see one of these boats and earn a reward.

there was a great article in boating or power boat quite a number of years ago when they interviewed a convicted thief, he had stolen hundreds of boats, many right out of peoples driveways.

I was wondering what someone would do with a solen boat like that other then stip it for parts. Its sad that people have to stoop to that level.
I hope that I never have to make that call to my insurance.
and I hope they get the people responsible.

I know in the Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal area the stolen boats and cars/trucks end up in shipping containers and are shipped overseas before you even know they're missing! Fellow I know had his 31 Scarab stolen last month from the Kinsgton area.

Stolen 36 Apache
My 36 apache was also stolen from Canada in the Gananoque area which I believe is near kingston. My boat was stolen June 8 from a secured, locked gated shop. So I can sympathize with your friend who recently lost his boat.
