Was thinking the same thing.

Ive got an old 20’ Whaler, bare hull, that I’m thinking outside the box on for seating and that is one of the ideas.

Here's something i've never seen before! Single...converted to twin outdrive...but still powered by a single via a belt system!!!

i think it has one big belt running both drives.....wonder how hard it is to change a belt if it was to break while on the water? LOL

Ok, pair of braves + a torque cummins and they are linked by a belt? What could go wrong? If you launch the boat airborne, would the throttle back be quick enough to slow the belt then when the boat hits the water again what will break first the belt or the bravos?

I think one of the guys at Power Boat magazine used one motor to run two jet pumps back in the day??

A big gates blower belt takes like up to 200hp or more depending on the setup. Could work with 2.
