Fountain did indeed build a number of boats for the military. I'm 100% sure the engines and drives used by the military were stripped out of the hull - along with everything else - before it was sold at auction. The big block / Alpha drive junk was probably installed by the idiot selling it now.

That boat at 5 G's is not that bad............ As long as the stringers are good........ its better then most projects I have seen done on here, & the boat would be better then most members boats here. From the pics, it was set up for TRS

A. I'm preeeettty sure that's Larry the Cable Guy in pic 6 in the ad.
