Bravo one template

Hey guys does anyone know where I can buy a paper template for the bravo. Have a buddy going from alpha to bravo and this would make the holes a lot easier. I did a search and didn't find any info. Thanks for all and any help.

If it's a gen2 alpha, it's the exact same cutout as bravo

You can download the pdf and take it to someone with a plotter (kinkos, fedex, office depot etc) and print it on a 24"x36" sheet and will be the right scale. The pdf I have is to big to attach but send me your email and I will forward it to you. Its maybe $2 a sheet or free if you know someone that prints blueprints.

Us1 it's an 88ish 24 baja. Big block alpha hence the need for conversion. Lol. Unfortunately not gen 2.

Mike....
Pull the top thru hull rods (studs) out.....I have stud removers at the shop.
Slide them into the two center holes, the use a scribe to mark the top holes. Center punch the center, and drill. Start with 1/8" and check center on the inside. If correct, continue to increase until almost done to size.
For the last bit, drill from the outside to center of the thickness so the transom, then out from the bilge. This keeps the hole nice on both sides.
Also, from outside in, run the bit in reverse until you get through the gel. That will prevent flaring/chipping around the hole.
Before permanently mounting the new assy, "soft mount" the inner and outer finger tight and trim the cork with a razor blade to the outer transom assy. Then, runs blue painters tape 1/8-3/16" outside or the trimmed gasket and assy.
Remove both assys, and run a bead of clear (west marine) Boat Life sealant on the edge of the outer transom assy. Attach gasket and lightly press onto the rear (actually forward on the assy) transom assy. On the transom, run a larger bead....all the way around .....and add a little more at the stud holes.
Mate the inner and outer, tighten. Sealant will push out.....and in (that's a good thing) throughout this process....and by process....I mean center port, then stbd.....then stbd top, port lower, port top, stbd lower. Keep the same order and gradually increase tension....
When done, use a 13mm socket (1/2" us) to "smooth" the ooze from tightening. Remove tape, let dry for 36hrs....hang the drive. I have the alignment tool at the shop also.
Start to finish......3 hours.....and a 1/2 hour to hang the bravo....

The friend is in Maryland. I won't be doing the work he will. Just trying to help him out with the template. Ill pass this info on to him though. Thanks man.
