I don't agree. I love this stuff.

We're at the limits of what can be achieved with standard bore spacing, cam height, cam diameter, valve angles and port positions. Engines like this are the logical evolution. The BBC was first released in 1965 as a 396. It would have been designed in the early 60s and maybe even late 50s. I'm confident that we've learned some things since then.

I was at the ramp at Boyne with this monster(s)! We were both having issues, minor, but still issues. His was just dead batteries from the shop leaving something on, but I saved his day with my jump box and got them going! We fixed my issue as well, but wished I hadn't, cause he offered me a ride on his if mine couldn't get running. Super nice couple! Those motors were Beasts,.very impressive!
