So what if the current buyer takes the boat to a state like Maine that requires no titles and tries to register it, does it come back as a MSO issue again?
I suspect Mike A. will be silent on this matter.......

One of the greatest things about this site, is if a member has an issue, the members are like the FBI and can find what you ate 3 years ago. IF I ever have an issue (which I hope I never do), I'm putting the OSO agents on notice. Chuck sorry to hear another horror story in our hobby, I hope you get something in the end. I'm confident the other party will get his just dues. Just a matter of time.

Chuck. By law if the MSO is still in OCM name it is their boat. The have every legal right to have the boat picked up. In NJ the police will pick that boat up for them. Call Tim and have it handled on Mondday.

Although if I was the new owner I'd be taking the boat back and demanding a pink for the boat or my money back. That'd be the right thing to do on his part.

Man, this is one of the most tangled webs I've seen in a while. At what point does the legal system step in and shut this down? Must be more tangled than we think or I would imagine that would have happened by now. If this boat is legally owned by OCM, can't they make claim for the rightful return of their property?
