Going on the 3rd summer. Nothing spectacular, but it is nice to just head to the marina with everything already there. Beers cold in the fridge, liquor is in its carousel, AC going, full kitchen, bathroom and a flat screen. If things get to carried away in GH I have a place to crash. It's a great party barge.
Hope to see you out soon, I just fired up the Scarab and ready to go.

SS are cool. They are much faster than I initially thought they would be.

I have a 2012 400ss with 8.2's and Axius. It's the wife's boat. Lol
They are, as mentioned above a great boat with lots of room both in the cockpit and cabin, all the amenities I would ever need for what I do with it, and so far no issues with drives or really anything else.
It runs 50 or so with 8.2's but has a nice cruise around 40.
If it were up to me it would have 1100's and sixes on it, but thankfully it's not up to me!

We where looking at 400ss and have to say they are on the short list for our next boat. I hope that we can go to a Searay 48 to 50 footer because we have a 40ft now, but the wallet might scream too much. We love our 405, just would like something a bit wider so it might be a few years before we make the leap.

That's my point, we have a 405 now and when I want to make a change I would like to go bigger. The 400ss would make a nice upgrade but would still have the same length overall. The 400 ss would be a bit wider I think the beam is 11ft 4 inches.
