yep, then some yahoo buys it for $8,000 at the salvage auction, puts in some used motors and lists it for sale for $79,900 mentioning it was a freshwater boat, 2 owner, mint shape but always seems to omit the submarine duty.

tied up to the shore.....while the sunk fountain sucked, the snakes love the tie off lines, hell they love the water for some reason down there and you thought "snakes on a plane" was bad......

you would think so but some states don't seem to brand the title like they can on cars......
I can think of a 38 Powerplay, 38 TS TG and a 36 Gladiator that all got wet in salt water and have been marketed as "fresh power" without mentioning the time underwater.

Certain states don't even title boats. Register it up here and all you have left is a registration and bill of sale when you sell it.
