I'll email you a link, 9' beam pair of 300's should push it about 40? Maybe better. With big blocks and bravos it weighed 11k on the trailer.

I would really consider Jamies 40' Excalibur. Nice clean boat and I'm sure he would be more than fair with the price and transportation.

There is a 37 Midnight Express hull on craigslist in Palmetto. I dont know anything about it , but they are wave crushers. Price should be way , way , way , lower if he wants to move it. I'm in your area and refurb commercial boats. Call if I can help 941 681 1870 Bill. GOOD LUCK!!!

I tried. Unfortunately this boats going to end up stripped and chipped. Fountain is coming home soon and no room for 2 40' boats

Jamie, I would/am interested in your hull but after transportation it would be out of my budget.

Thanks for the heads up and offer Bill! Where do you work out of? I will certainly get ahold of you at some point seeing as how the boat build will be a commercial style finish.

I am concerned about the weight of a 37' midnight express and getting the performance I want with twin 300's.

Has anyone heard of a 44' tempest/hurricane?

What are the thoughts about a 1985 38' scarab KV? In comparison to the 40' Excalibur?

Still looking for the right hull. Looking more at 34-36 hulls. Scarab super sport, scarab raider, magnums, cigarettes? Any feed back on these hulls?
