Different boat makes/models have the spacer installed forward or aft. Some boats are affected more than others by its position.
Just take it back and have them swap them.
I just figured it out yesterday after I was done winterizing it, the boats not going anywhere until next April.

I left a message to who did the service work, I hope they stand behind their work and fix it early next Spring or they can come fix it on my dock now, we'll see what they say.

Just got a call from the boys that they were down at my dock adjusting the drives, by the time I got down to the dock they were finishing it up, service doesn't get much better than that, thanks guys.
