Just wanted to point out that the 22 Donzi Classic is a true 22' 6" hull with no beak, bustle or notch. It's a boat with a length that is actually understated. It's a very competent hull and there are plenty of them running in the 80s and 90s and a few over 100 and as you can see, when properly set up, they remain stable at those speeds. Plenty of us take them offshore too. Well done Bjorn. Every year you are faster. Did you add a pad this year? A lot of people would like to know more about your setup and how you are able to run 112 with a relatively mild engine.

I'd love to see a build thread or something.

Did it seem to chine walk when he laid off the power at the end of the video? Is that when it falls off the pad?

Thanks everybody for your enthusiasm. Forgive me for being secret about the set up details right now but since there are competitors shooting for the 22 classic record at this moment iŽll just sit back and see what happens for the time being

Glad you did it before Stan. Stan made some big mistakes though by moving the gas tank and engine forward and installing 2' k-planes. I think your record is safe for awhile.
