I am not new to boats and I have had both single and twins up to 36" but never had a high performance hull.
I understand the normal handling issues between single and twins in tight docking facilities for normal boats.
I presently own a twin 29" Fountain CC with 200hp Mercs and am thinking of moving to a newer 29" Fever boat..
I see lots of twins and also lots of singles for sale in the early to mid 2000s years for decent prices with either rebuilts or low hours.
Some decent looking fresh water boats for sale in Michigan.
The twins I have looked at do not have much room to do any work on the motors
How are the singles for handling in the docking areas and marinas compared to a non high performance boat? Any difference?
I think the 29" Fever hull is the same as my 29" CC but I could be mistaken.

I prefer twins but they are tight. Just seen this listed, seems like it would be pretty nice, reliable and pretty good speed.

With a single learn how to use the tabs to start with when trying to get on plain or you will go thru a drive.
Other than that they are great.

Performance boats brake end of story. With two you always have one to get back on when the other one brakes

In all seriousness, around the docks there will be no comparison. The twin will be much much easier to handle.

I think that was my only issue with twins was room to work. If it's not an issue then go twins by far
