Here is our shootout tune. It has a pretty high exhaust temp.

Very impressive build. I'm assuming you spoke with Banks about their duramax stuff? I believe they developed a bunch of stuff to marinize duramax engines. Also how do you plan to cool the hot side of the turbo? It appears to be quite warm in the dyno video.

The mock up picks showed a large charge cooler on top of the intake. Did you do away with this for another method?

do you plan on wrapping the exhaust before it enters the turbo or will that be ceramic coated as well? it looks like it is already coated black in the pictures but like the said in that video you can really see how hot those are getting. i know with my turbo street car i used DEI titanium exhaust wrap and that really seemed to help with temps

The exhaust will be water jacked till the turbo, the ones we had made did not fit so we made this one for temporary use on Dyno. The turbo will have a heat blanket around it

Do you have any experience with 3d printing? I wouldnt doubt that you could build a bunch of key pieces, heck maybe even better headers. Koenigsegg is 3d printing turbos now. this must be the best thread ever

A few pages back we had another boat on my trailer and from measuring it we knew mine would not fit. They had to modify the trailer moving the bunks down and to the starboard a little. Now it is back together and the boat fits.
