A few of the transmission housings. I will be able to take the upper back cover off the transmission while its in the boat. That gives me the ability to replace the clutch pack or put in a spacer to make it direct drive if we have a problem with the pump or valve body to just make it direct drive.

Clutch piston, piston retainers and springs. And the clutch hubs.

Input shaft for the transmission. I am making the transmission really overbuilt. I don't want to have anything that can break when I'm 1000 miles from shore.

Very impressive engineering & machine work.
Is this something you've designed yourself or are you manufacturing the parts you had someone else engineer to your specs & draw?

As you know we have a very strong partnership w/ Gene Haas & Haas Automation. Just out of curiosity what equipment do you have in your shop?

Nice work! Are you worried these will make a lot of noise being straight cut?

You know, you could probably pay for the whole boat just by designing and manufacturing better Bravo XR gear sets and shafts.

This is the best thread ever. Awesome job. I am also curious as to what kinds of machines and software you use to program them as this is what I do for a living also.

How long have you known Gene? My first Haas machine was serial # 63. LOL
