Anyone ever use Kiss-Cote
I was looking over some old powerboat mags and came across an article for this product. It is for the bottom of the boat. It is supposed to give you 3-4 more mph, but is $500 for one aplication.
Just wondering if it is worth the $

Randy, I tried it 15 years ago, did not do enough testing to say for absolute sure, but I think it was worth a couple of MPH. Brownie knows about it.

Hey, fire up the popcorn maker! IIRC, there was a guy on this board a while back selling something like this stuff; lots of fireworks throughout various threads.
Not sure if "Kiss-cote" is the same stuff, but the claims are similar.

Looked into it a couple of years back. Here's the web site: Kiss Cote Called up the guy who invented the stuff. A Dr. Kent if I remember right. If there is a coating that's not snake oil, this is probably it. Here's the email: [email protected] Interesting to talk to. Been around for a while. Check out all the other products or by-products of his little formula.
