Default What's the deal with the owner of the blue 80 nortech??

Sitting around enjoying a cocktail (or few) and a picture of reds 80 nor tech "lady Lisa" pops up and then the discussion about the owner of the blue 80 nor tech comes up. What's the status on this guy? Sells the blue 80 to some drug lord in Mexico and he gets popped flying home with cash but gets thrown in a Mexico jail. It's been like 4 years!! Please don't tell me this guys still in prison in Mexico. Holy sh!t. I mean, I get bad on you for selling your boat to a drug dealer and taking cash out of the county but f*ck, 4 years on a Mexican jail?!?! Is this dude still in prison in Mexico? Maybe time to come home? Our govt doing anything to bring an American citizen incarcerated in a forein court home??? im guessing he learned his lesson no matter how shady he was (or wasn't....that's total conjecture). Anyone know the story?

I did quite a bit of work on his rackaminium yacht club places in fl and KW. Never knew how he had enough $$ to keep building those places. They werent doing so well back then and economy sucked. Are those place still open and does he still own them?
