Default Memorial Day holiday plans

Just curious what everyone's plans are? We are headed to Hontoons on the St. Johns river, 5/27-30/16, here: http://www.hontoon.com/resort.htm

We are bringing the 388, daughter's boyfriend is bringing his 13' Gheenoe. Will be hanging with the Cosker clan, not sure what JC's bringing for a boat, maybe a M4200. We'll be running between Hontoons and Sliver Glen springs.

Nate, that looks really cool. We are also going to be looking at a place on the St. John's river that is for sale, as a place to retire to....

that was the being of the month at Eggmont just a few weeks ago, always a lot of fun.

St. Johns would be a blast to boat and live on Dean, hell I LOVE your current place as well.

Nate,
thanks for the compliment, but we just want to retire to the sticks on the water and just hang with rednecks! I'll fit right in...

makes two of use bud. That is my kind of living as well. Cold beers, water, boats, rivers, and the wife.

Nate,
Here's pic of the river, it's on a no wake zone, and Ocala National Forest is across the river, so no one can build there

Had a BLAST on the SJR. did over a 100 miles of boating, kids tubed behind Cosker's ski boat, daughter and her fish-a-maniac boyfriend caught lots of fish in his Gheenoe. We did some speed runs in his Gheenoe, (he took out his coolers, and trolling motor/battery, and we got it to run 21 MPH! Perfect weather, not a lot of boats out, kinda nice.....
