Could that be a Challenger Offshore made in Washington, MO. and private lable for Grand Sport Marine? Challenger made a 28 single and a 33 twin. The single step looks like a DDC step which they had a license for up to 40 feet.

These boats were built by Kevin Coss in Joplin, MO. He built 4 of them. I'm pretty sure this boat was Stolen, stripped, a bunch of holes shot in it. And sunk in a pond.
The building the boats were being built in collapsed when we had a bad snow storm. Kevin still has the molds they were not hurt but he kind of gave up on building them.
