It has been 72.9 on GPS, so far in around 12-14 seconds. We are going to install the correct 4 blade 19p props when they are available next week. Right now we are running 3 blade 19p. Hope to pick up 2-3 more mph.

I heard that Playcraft and Bennington are moving to center console only production. That's where the market is.....
I'm no 'toon fan, but damn that thing looks cool all aired out.

I fell in love with the South Bays after seeing that they won the LOTO shootout and then seeing a few on Cumberland. Sharp looking tooners. Then I crawled under one and saw 1000 screws through the deck with no nut or washer to held them fast long-term. Blah. Does Avalon use bolts or just bunches and bunches of screws?

A friend had one several years ago with twin 2.5L ROS motors, and it ran into the 70s; and it was sketchy! He snuck up and blew by me on the lake one day, and I've never heard the end of it. We've spent a fair amount of time on Yankey's (yschmidt on OSO) 26' Aqua Patio with a 250 Yamaha; and we've really enjoyed it. We've had it over 50mph at one point. I have been taking notice of the Benningtons, Avalons, and Aqua Patios; all three of the high end Pontoon manufacturers IMHO, and I can see one in my future with some big power like Bill's. Nice work WMF!
