Rumor is they built a really Fast boat.

Owner of the company said he spent a lot of time and money on it.

He said its a experimental model.

Said when it got up to 85 it started to vibrate, at 90 she started to come apart. Hit a piling but I think it might be able to be repaired.

He said he would throw in a barrel of glycol oxioct okenoic phosphate to make the repairs with.

Really ? that would be cool.

Couldn't sleep last night and happened to switch the tv on and Clambake was playing.

Seen a few times before but it's been years.

Nice to reminisce about Miami Marine Stadium and the good old days in south East Florida.

I must of attended one of the last races at the stadium before Andrew hit.

Way cool Unlimited Hydros , turbine and Rolls Royce piston boats.

I thought the most entertaining was the Jersey Sea Skiffs.

Anybody familiar with the beginning of the Clambake movie they show him driving along a canal that leads out to the ocean, what inlet was that?

At 2.10 they show the shot. Is that the Port of Miami? Looks to narrow.

Californians screwed up the end of the movie with mountains in the backgrounds and oil fields along the highway.
