Speaking of Motorola...my StarTAC Tri-band is the biggest piece of crap cell phone I've ever owned. Now, it just sits in the box with all my other junk electronic equipment. It sure looks cool though.
I've had much better luck with Ericsson and currently I have a Nokia which is also a great phone.

Sorry for slow response,
It is a customer retention plan, and I argued with them so they added the 2000 night and weekend. All of the cell carriers a hurting, bargin with them. I told them I needed X and cannot go over $50, and said figure it out or I am going somewhere else, they then sent me to the person to cancel my account and they changed it for me.
