Boat Purchase - - East coast to the Midwest
Just verbally agreed on the sale of a boat that currently resides in New Hampshire. I live in Missouri,,,we use titles here. New Hampshire I understand uses a registration process, can anyone tell what I will need to make the sale legal?

There was a thread a littie while back which mentioned registration and titles. It varies from state to state.
Do a search on titles and or registrations and maybe you'll
find it. I think the key was to check with the state you're
registering in.

several years ago i purchased a sea ray from florida that was a documented boat, and brought it back to Missouri, all you have to do is have a bill of sales and i believe the documentation papers to convert over to a missouri title or you could document the boat here in missouri. dont believe it to be a big problem.
