Ecoli shows it's ugly head every few years, but this lasts about 2 weeks a year, early in the season when the lake is high and we have a heat snap. It is created by the water pulling stuff from the banks around PB-1 & 2, (Mostly Goose poop from the winter)

PB-2 is the busiest of the Marina's/Launch ramps at the lake, there is 2 areas, Both have short term trailer parking, but long term is also available through the Rangers office.

It varies depending on the day and night temps. Memorial Weekend the water is usually a little chilly, but most of the time its tolerable to get in for 5-30mins.

There are also on the water bars with heated pools if the lake temp is too cool.

If you have a sqeak in your boat now, you will have a rattle after LOTO. Seriously though, you will have a great time.
